On paper, I really like this formula a lot. In the gym, it plays out how I was hoping it would in that this turns out to be a loaded daily driver product. The dosages used really caught my attention and drew me into wanting to try this out. Those big dosages are something that I really appreciate and when you pair it with 300mg of caffeine, you get a very well dosed product. Works great!

I don't always need help getting to sleep, but on the nights when I end up unable to sleep for whatever reason, this supplement actually helped me calm down and get into that frame of mind where I feel like I can put the phone or book down to sleep. It's definitely helped me get my sleep schedule back on track on the off weeks when I messed it up staying up too late or any other reason I can't sleep.
